Gulf Development Company for Investment uses Computer-Aided Facilities Management(CAFM) through its specially team of Operation and Maintenance with an integrated program designed to quantify results so that administrator can evaluate worth of each maintenance. By taking the proactive position, we will anticipate the risk before they become emergencies.

Help-Desk Services 

Gulf Development Company for Investment through its specialized team of Helpdesk for maintaining the progress of the project and to create a proper channel for any communication/ service request which needs to be communicated to its respective departments

Work reception will receive calls during normal working hours and establish a communication system for receiving calls, i.e., 24 x 7a day. All requests for services will be recorded immediately after being received and will be given timely attention.
